Luoyang is a saint city in respect of the historical and cultural background. It is one of the first historical cities recognized by the Council of State, having been the capital of 13 dynasties, including the Xia Dynasty, Shang Dynasty, Eastern Zhou Dynasty, Eastern Han Dynasty, Sui Dynasty and Tang Dynasty with more than 4000 years city history and over 1500 years of capital history.
