Luoyang Museum
Luoyang Museum was first built in 1958 for displaying the precious relics in and out Luoyang. It was moved to Zhengzhou Middle Road(in 1974) while the new Museum now is settled on Nietai Road since 2011, the downtown area of Luoyang city, next to Sui and Tang Dynasty Ruins Botanical Garden.
The newly-built Museum is now the cultural landmark of the city, covering an area of 62,000 square meters. It houses large quantities of relics, are all listed in 6 exhibition halls, namely Heluo Civilization, Treasure Hall, Pottery Hall of Han & Tang Dynasties, Tri-colored glazed pottery of the Tang Dynasty, Imperial Relics Hall, Stone Carving Hall and Painting & Calligraphy Hall.

Opening Time: 8:30 - 17:30 (in summer), 8:30 - 17:00 (in winter), Close on every Monday
Old Museum: Take bus 15, 40, 101, 102, 103 and get off at Luoyang Museum Station.
New Museum: Take bus 26, 29, 34, 62, 68 to Wangcheng Daqiao Nan Station. Or take Bus 15, 37 and alight at Mudanqiao Nan. Then walk there.
